How long have you been in business?
Luna Creative was founded in the spring of 2014 and has been serving South Texas ever since.
Who owns the logo once it is created?
The client retains all rights to the final logo. We retain only the right to feature the work in our portfolio and be credited as the creator of the design.
Do you use templates when creating websites?
We pride ourselves on custom-designing every website we create. We do not use templates or premade builds.
Do you have set pricing for your services?
Our services are based on our hourly rate and quoted on a per-project basis.
What is included in a professional logo design?
Our logo design process includes custom concepts, design development, revisions, and final logo files prepared for both digital and print use.
Can you redesign an existing logo?
Yes. We can refresh or completely redesign an existing logo while considering the recognizable elements and brand equity your business may already have.
Do you create complete brand identities or just logos?
Both. We can create a standalone logo or develop a complete brand identity that may include colors, typography, brand guidelines, messaging, and supporting visual elements.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every website we create is designed to be responsive so it works across desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
Can you help with website copy and content?
Yes. We can assist with website copywriting, messaging, photography, videography, and other content needed to create a cohesive website.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We work with businesses that need to update an outdated website, improve the user experience, strengthen their branding, or completely rebuild their online presence.
How long does it take to design a logo or website?
Project timelines depend on the scope of work, content requirements, and revision process. We provide an estimated timeline with each proposal so you know what to expect before the project begins.
